Baked Spicy
Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 4 tablespoons Chef Merito® Wing Seasoning Hot
(may add more to adjust to personal preference)
- 5 pounds chicken wings, tips trimed
- ½ cup melted butter
- Cooking spray


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F(200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and generously spray with cooking spray. Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and Chef Merito®Wing seasoning in a bowl. Dip chicken wings in melted butter; press into bread crumb mixture and coat well. Arrange wings on lined baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until Golden Brown, about 20 minutes. Turn chicken wings then continue baking until evenly browned and no longer pink in the centerm, aproximatly 10 more minutes.

Lemon Pepper
Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

- 2 cups oil, or as needed
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Chef Merito® Chicken Wings
Seasoning Lemon Pepper
- 12 chicken wings


Preparation:
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir olive oil and lemon pepper together in a bowl. Fry the chicken wings in hot oil until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 8 minutes. Toss hot wings with olive oil mixture to coat.

Zesty Chicken
Drumettes

Ingredients:

- 4 tsp. Chef Merito® Lemon Pepper
- 1 lb. Chicken drumettes
- Olive oil (or your preference)
- Cooking spray


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly brush the chicken drumettes with olive oil. Sprinkle Chef Merito® Lemon Pepper on all sides. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Creamy Fajitas
Style Shrimp

Ingredients:

- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 lb. large shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, diced
- 1 ½ teaspoon of Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Merito® Lime Juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream or nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 large tomato, diced


Preparation:
Heat oil over medium heat in a medium size skillet and cook onion 4 minutes. Add zucchini and tomato and cook 4 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Mix in Chef Merito® Fajitas Seasoning, the water and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes then stir in sour cream and cilantro. Serve over potatoes, rice or with warm tortillas.
