Seasoning: Chef Merito Fish seasoning
12 ounces Fresh fish, assorted, skinless, boneless, cut into ½ “ pieces (examples of fish: mahi-mahi, shark, snapper, tuna, sea bass, halibut, salmon)
3 Tablespoons Lime juice, fresh squeezed
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 teaspoons Chef Merito Fish seasoning
2 Tablespoons Red bell pepper, diced 1/8”
2 Tablespoons Green bell pepper, diced 1/8”
¼ cup Cilantro, leaves, chopped
2 Tablespoons Red onion, diced 1/8 “
4 teaspoons Jalapeno, diced 1/8”
2 Tablespoons Tomato, seeded, chopped
3 Tablespoons Avocado, diced ¼”
Mix all the ingredients together (except for the avocado) in a non-reactive bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Before serving, mix in the avocado. Accompany with warm tortilla chips.
