All orders are shipped either UPS ground or USPS. Chef Merito is located in the Van Nuys area of Los Angeles City, California, USA. Depending on the shipping destination, allow two to nine business days to receive your domestic shipment. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the package and the carrier you have chosen to ship your order. International orders will be charged all applicable fees and custom fees that may apply, and all payments made must be in US currency. Credit cards are accepted.

Our Return Policy
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling, on all paid Chef Merito products sold to individuals. If you are not completely satisfied with the Chef Merito products that you purchased, simply return the unused item(s) with a letter indicating why you are returning the product and your mailing address within 30 days of your purchase date to:

Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Bulk items weighing 5 lbs or more and sold to businesses do not fall under this guarantee. Unfortunately, we have NO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY at this time. However, we do recommend you contact our partners at Access USA, which is the leader in Mail Forwarding. It's as easy as 1-2-3.
