- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tbsp Chef Merito® Fajitas seasoning
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
Brown the ground beef in large skillet on high heat. Drain the fat.
Stir in Chef Merito® Fajitas seasoning, water, beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 12-14 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese.
