Milanesa Steak


  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup of Chef Merito® Meat Marinade
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 4 eggs beaten well
  • 1 8oz. package of Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs


Marinade the steaks with Chef Merito® Meat Marinade for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Beat eggs in a medium sized bowl and place Chef Merito® Seasoned Bread Crumbs on shallow dish.
Remove steaks from refrigerator and drain marinade.
Dip each steak into the beaten egg mixture. Then dip each one into the Chef Merito® Seasoned
Bread Crumbs, covering them well on both sides.
Add cooking oil to a large skillet and place over medium heat. Once the oil is hot enough, fry the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve warm
Suggestion: You may use breaded steaks to make sandwiches or serve with vegetables.
