Chef Merito is pleased to offer you some of the world’s finest Mexican, Spanish and Latin American spices and seasonings. You can purchase our products on our web site with our secure server. Be sure to include apartment/suite number, “in care of” or “attention” information, and phone number.

All orders are shipped either UPS ground or USPS. Chef Merito is located in the Van Nuys area of Los Angeles City, California, USA. Depending on the shipping destination, allow two to nine business days to receive your domestic shipment. The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the package and the carrier you have chosen to ship your order. International orders will be charged all applicable fees and custom fees that may apply, and all payments made must be in US currency. Credit cards are accepted.

Rush Shipping

Additional fees will be charged for rush shipping. Please contact us directly at 1-800-637-4861 if you would like rush shipping, and specify how you would like your order shipped.

Payment Method

Chef Merito uses a secure server to accept orders. You can pay by using your credit card online, by printing and faxing us your order, or by calling us. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling, on all paid Chef Merito products sold to individuals. If you are not completely satisfied with the Chef Merito products that you purchased, simply return the unused item(s) with a letter indicating why you are returning the product and your mailing address within 30 days of your purchase date to:

Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Bulk items weighing 5 lbs or more and sold to businesses do not fall under this guarantee. International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct system for international delivery at this time. However, we have partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers.
