The Chef Merito® Fish Fry Batter is so versatile you can use it to prepare all sorts of dishes! Enjoy calamari, catfish, tempura shrimp, chile relleno, and much, much more. Our Fish Fry consists of flour blended with garlic, paprika, black pepper and cilantro flakes, making it simple for you to prepare dishes that will wow the entire family!
How to use it: Slowly add ¾ cup of water for one bag of Chef Merito® Fish Fry, and mix well in a bowl. Then, place pieces of food (fish, shrimp, vegetables, calamari etc.) in batter. Fry pieces in your preferred oil.
